• Load the dishwasher

• Start the dishwasher

• Strip any used beds

• Gather used towels

• Remove ALL personal items- Verify with landlord what is ok to leave. (Ex- Extra paper or cleaning products.)

• Remove leftover food - Dump any extra liquids in sink and rinse them down before discarding empty bottles

• Take out the trash

• Turn off ALL the lights & Fans

• Unplug any small kitchen appliances

• Set the Nest thermostat up to 80 degrees

• Lock ALL the doors & windows

• Return the keys to the lockbox & scramble it.

• Remove the garage door opener from your vehicle and leave it on the kitchen counter or table. A $50 fee will be charged for missing garage door opener.

• Close garage door using the #code.

• Log out of connected TV streaming services on the TV. ex: Netflix, Hulu, etc...

  To ensure the next guest can use the security features and to protect your own privacy, please follow these steps to deregister and unlock the device from your account before you depart.

  Step 1: Save Your Videos (Optional) If there are any clips you wish to keep, download them from the Ring app now. Once you remove the device, all video history will be permanently deleted.

  Step 2: Remove the Device from Your App

  1. Open the Ring App.

  2. Tap the three lines (Menu) in the top-left corner.

  3. Tap Devices and select the Front Door/Ring Doorbell.

  4. Tap the Device Settings tile.

  5. Select General Settings.

  6. Tap Remove This Device.

  7. When asked, select Delete Events (this ensures the device is fully wiped and "unlocked" for the next user).

  Step 3: Confirm Deactivation

  • Once you hit "Remove," the device is no longer linked to your email or Wi-Fi. You can now safely delete the Ring app from your phone.

• Amazon Alexa / Echo

Factory Reset: Hold the Action button (the one with the dot) for about 20 seconds until the light ring turns orange, then blue. - Deregister: Open your Amazon Alexa App > Devices > Echo & Alexa > Select the device > Deregister. Leave the power cord plugged into the device.
