Check-out instructions

• Load the dishwasher

• Start the dishwasher

• Strip any used beds

• Gather used towels

• Remove ALL personal items- Verify with landlord what is ok to leave. (Ex- Extra paper or cleaning products.)

• Remove leftover food and Dump in sink and discard any drinks

• Take out the trash

• Turn off the lights & Fans

• Unplug any small kitchen appliances

• Set thermostat up to 80 degrees

• Lock the doors

• Return the keys

• Leave Garage Door opener on kitchen counter

• Log out of connected TV streaming services on the TV. ex: Netflix, Hulu

• Ring Video Doorbell- The Ring device must be "released" so the next resident can secure the home.

Open the Ring App on your smartphone. Tap the three lines (Menu) in the top left. Tap Devices > Select the Front Door/Ring Doorbell. Tap Device Settings > General Settings. Select Remove This Device.

Why this matters: If the device is still linked to your email, it is "locked" and unusable for the next tenant. Please complete this before you delete the app from your phone. Failure to do this will result in a Replacement device FEE.

• Amazon Alexa / Echo

Factory Reset: Hold the Action button (the one with the dot) for about 20 seconds until the light ring turns orange, then blue.

Deregister: Open your Amazon Alexa App > Devices > Echo & Alexa > Select the device > Deregister. Leave the power cord plugged into the device.
