Information for current tenant.

Smart Devices:

The home has a Google Nest Thermostat.

Use Tap and slide touch on the right side of the thermostat. Tap to select and slide your finger up and down to scroll the options and tap to select/set. The thermostat is touch sensitive.

Smart Oven/ Stove:

Scan the QR Code on the front of the oven and follow the prompts to connect to the oven. It should be already connected to WiFi. You will need to download an app. to use the features to pre-heat, or change the time on the appliance.

Ring Doorbell:

If you want access to the Ring camera, use the small orange tool that is inside the silverware drawer and place the tip into the wider crack on the top of the doorbell to pop off the front. (This is also the process to remove the doorbell for charging) (Charge the doorbell when indicated with a C charger then pop it back onto the base)

Scan the QR code on the inside/ back of it and set up or add it to your Ring account.

*Please don't loose the orange tool and put it back in place right away in the silverware drawer!*

Also Disconnect the device from your account before leaving per Check Out Rules.

Alexa:

There is an Alexa Echo Dot in the living room on the console under the TV. If you don't want her just unplug her. If you do want to use, please connect her to your Alexa account for streaming music, audiobooks, alarms, news, timers whatever else.

*Please disconnect and reset her before leaving per Check Out List.

Roku Smart TV:

Log in to your streaming services. Just remember to Log Out of them before leaving or they may get used by the next tenant.

Living Room Light bulb:

On the lightbulb itself there is a up/down slide and a right-left slide you can adjust the temperature and brightness for comfort.

Remote Control Ceiling Fans/Lights:

The living room and all 3 bedrooms have remote controlled fan/lights. The remotes are pretty self-explanatory but if you find it is not working please check the corresponding switch on the wall and make sure it is switched ON.

Coffee Maker: TIP

Although the coffee maker is not smart please note to use minimal grounds in the filter or the water will overflow it and you'll have grounds in your coffee & it's a mess to clean up.

Other Info:

Lamps in Master bedroom have charging ports & change temperature color with pull chain.

Lamps in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have charging ports & are touch lamps.

Feel free to move things around in the house to meet your needs! If you like a different lamp from another room, switch it. A different storage cube, switch it.

If you feel the pillows are to fluffy, they zip open on the side and you can take some of the foam out or add from a different one.

If you find the bed is to firm, take the memory foam topper from the aero bed and remake your bed with the topper underneath.

Use the outdoor black folding table for laundry or outside as needed.
