Our Rental Process
Comfortable mid-term rental home furnished comfortably for your stay.
Once the dates are confirmed and available the rental and lease process will begin.
Lease Agreement and signing
Lease Agreement will be sent by E-Mail for E-signature from Key Check via Rocket Lawyer. Read it carefully and let me know if you have any questions during signing!
Purchase Renters Insurance
Renters Insurance policy is required for ALL stays. You will also be sent a link to purchase the insurance with a required 100k personal property and $100 deductible. The cost for this policy is aprox. $25/month.
Key Check
Each tenant must complete: Tenant background check will be sent a link via E-Mail from Keycheck for screening of history for eviction, criminal background and soft credit check. The cost for the screening is $45.00 paid by tenant/s. The credit check is a soft pull so it will not affect your credit report or even show up on report.
Move In!
If all goes well you will be given the address and codes to access the property/ home. Unpack and enjoy the stay in Pace/Milton Florida. Please inform us as soon as possible if there is any chance of needing to extend your stay!
PRICING:
Monthly Rental Cost $2500/month based on double occupancy. Each additional person + $150
Cleaning Fee $250 added to 1st month Rent
Additional monthly cleaning is available upon request for $150/month, tenant must allow cleaner access to clean.

The 9 ft. privacy fence completely closes in the back yard. There is no gate in.
No tenant access to the storage shed in the backyard.
*FYI- 2 very large Live Oak trees have been recently removed, and the backyard is in rough shape from the stump grinding and bobcat work done. See patio photos for reference.
Location Details
Our modern 3-bedroom home sits peacefully in Pea Ridge, Florida, perfect for your mid-term stay. Pea Ridge is an area right between Milton/Pace. Sometimes the address to the property comes up as Milton and other times Pace. It is right off HWY 90 and close to pretty much anything you could want or need.
